Okay, this is not my best tutorial ever, but well, it might be useful to some of you!
I was supposed to use dowels to make my general store cans...but I was unable to cut them...it sucks! lol
Since I did not want to use all my good clay, I remembered that I had loads of scraps. I keep everything! Messed up canes, and ugly colors. But really, most of that clay there are messed up canes, lol.

I found them online for the most part and printed them to the right size. Then I glued them on the cans.

that's basically what i do too! only i had a little clay strip on the top and a can pop, well mainly because i make soda cans not soup cans lol XD but yeah why wasiting good cly when you canuse scraps and paint them

i kind of do it too, keeping a lot of things for make use of it later. but the diference is that i'm not as creative and talented as you :/

thanks for putting this together, never thought to use clay before, i've heard of cutting then spray painting cylinders of wood.
clay seems so much easier. Totally trying this.
