That is the best water tutorial I have seen. I really like it because it's much more customisable than most. Most are like do Clouds, do Ripple, duplicate layer, set mode to screen, voila; which is boring. But this one is much more realistic too.
BTW, what was the font that you used (for the actual text of the steps)? It's funky

You mean one drag of the mouse and you have an instant water background? lol, lazy. xDDD Follow the tutorial and you'll learn and get better.

You know what? If you tone a bit of the shine out of the corner and color everything green... it's a GORGEOUS forsest over tone... if you draw a forest and set the layer with the water background over it, set the opacity to oh.. um... well, anywhere between 50% and 92% it looks positively BRILLIANT!! just a suggustion for that elusive light-drop look...
