Whee I used your tutorial XD I tortured it until it worked with Paintshop Pro 7 - at least kinda I followed your steps as closely as possible seeing that I lack the dodge and burn tool and basically everything you mentioned... but I'm content

So cool! That's the first time I've actually seen the burn and dodge tools be so useful. Random thing to say maybe, but it's true. You've opened my eyes to whole new spectrum of effects with this, not just water effects. Though the water effects are beautiful! Thanks for posting it^_^
