ALRIGHT HERE IS A MESSY TUTORIAL ABOUT HOW YOU GOTTA DO THE THING IDK IF THIS WORKS IN OLDER/NEWER PHOTOSHOP OR IN SAI THOUGH, SORRY

This started out as a little lesson for friends in one of my streams, but these friends thought it would be useful to upload in case anyone wants to learn something!

It's very messy, but this is how i make all my freckle/star/scatter brushes and I thought... I don't know how to upload brushes to dA. Also who knows if anyone wants to use my brushes?? The best thing I could do is tell people how I make mine so that they can either 1) do this, 2) do something like this, or 3) decide this is bad and discover that they do not want to do this. Either way, you learned something! Unless you 4) ignore this because this is not news to you.

Honestly I'm cool with whatever. Have fun!
