I guess I could do that, but I should give a good reason why the character looks like that (I'm bad at drawing naughty bits and normally prefer to avoid drawing them

A thief paints herself up in a costume as a "modest nude" (IE, like the naked of dolls) tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php... statue in a museum, waiting for it to close, but as the days goes on, she ends up becoming a statue for real, with her thoughts and choice of words reflecting this (thus she's a work of art but conscious but no longer thinks like a human).
Another idea, two girls dress up in a two person costume to cheat at a pony show, but they gradually become a single pony, and their whispers to each other and thought balloons show them merging into a single awareness and identity, that of a cute show pony who loves to be pretty and show off to the humans.
