was it on a 3D program?

Well partially in a 3d program, first I drew the shape in flash, exported it is a EPS image file which can be opened in 3d programs, opened it, added some depth to the image, animated it a bit to shuffle up and down, exported all the frames back to flash. Then in flash added some extra effects to it by using motion tweens to scale it up and rotate.
