Am I the only one that whishes from the bottom of my evil heart for Chat Blanc to become cannon?Like, reeeeeeally want that to happen. (I even dreamt I was watching an episode of which it happened lol)
But, why would Chat/Adrien become an akumatized? LB's rejection? Father and son issues? Or maybe even a noble cause like absorving an akuma that was meant to infect LB/Marinette.... what do you think?

I think it'd be cool if Marinette confessed, and then he rejected her bc she was "just a friend" but then absorbed the akumaΒ for her or something. (Despite the fact that it would kill me...)

Your drawing is amazing! I really want Chat Blanc to be cannon too, he is so interesting! I think Adrian could be akumatizated because a lot of problems happening at once. In my opinion, just being rejected by Ladybug is a weak reason and his father always treats him badly, so I think he should be akumatizated because he was having a really bad day because of these two problems.

Nope! I want him to be cannon! I think he would make a perfect season final akuma. Or even in a regular episode but he doesn't get save right away and he stays a akuma for the next 2 -3 episodes before being saved by Ladybug. The only two reason that he could possibly turn to a akumaΒ is..
1. father issuesΒ
2. Ladybug rejected him when he confessed his love
If he does become cannon I personally think is the second reason that causes him to be a akuma.Β

Ooo, now that's hard to decide. I always liked this thing I found online, can't remember if it was a comic of fanfic but it was Chat being akumatized during the final battle between Hawkmoth and Ladybug and Chat. Ladybug was injured, and unconscious(or dead, can't remember) and Hawkmoth used that chance to akumatized Chat, but it backfired. Instead of listening to him, he in fact just used his new sort of "upgrade" to beat Hawkmoth... or something like that, anywayΒ

I think the third option where he protected LB from it would be an awesome idea, it would bring forth the anti hero prospect where sometimes you must be bad to do good. His negative feelings that make him Akumatized would from how he finds out his dad is Hawk Moth and is angry with how he hurt innocent people and how it was all to get his mother back when there could be another way, and Chat Blanc would say:
Chat Blanc: First you kept me prisoner and never let me have any friends or freedom or act like my father, then I find out you're Hawk Moth and you caused chaos and destruction in Paris and hurt many innocent people just to get the Miraculous's, to get mom back when you know she would never have wanted this from you. And now you tried to hurt my Lady? You just made a BIG mistake, father!
Hawk Moth: Adrien, don't do this! I'm you father and we can get your mother back!Β
Chat Blanc: To late, you started this when you began Akumatizing people and betrayed Master Fu....and mom might never come back, do you honestly think she would want this!? That she would want you to become evil just so she could come back and see the damage you caused the people of Paris...how you made our family fall apart?
Hawk Moth: No! Adrien! This is just your dark side from the Akuma talking! Fight it! And everything I've done was for us! Our family! This is a necessary evil!
Chat Blanc: You're half right, dad, when someone is Akumatized it's because they were vulnerable from their anger and depression of the world, and they end up taking it out on everyone on your command. But with me, I know it's you who I need to take down, because I know better than to take out my pain on everyone when that never solved anything....what I am now IS a necessary evil! Because I will destroy YOU before I let you destroy France, my friends, and my Ladybug!

I do hope Akumatized Chat becomes cannon, and I would think it would be Mother or Father issues that trigger it. Perhaps, finding out who really his father is and/or what happened to his mother.

For some reason I always though if cat noir got akumitized it was because he was jealous. Ladybug is obviously the hero and Paris treats her like that. Not saying char noir is any less of a hero but Paris doesn't treat him the same either though he goes through the same thing espically outside of being chat noir. Lying to his father friends ect. I feel like it would all get to much for him. Espically if ladybug did something to make him feel like a sidekick rather than a partner.Β
