I'm so tempted to draw more Valkyria. I've literally been powering through it on my couple of days off, finished it this afternoon I play it with my housemate so we're constantly having big debates over the strategies xD But the excellent gameplay aside, the story is so heartcatching and inspiring, I just love it ^^ So many great characters too, I don't think there's one that I hate xD Even though I was expecting at the beginning to dislike Isara, I really didn't in the end, since she didn't fall into the stereotypical 'kid sister' role despite her looks.

Re the limited palette, I keep thinking I should, thanks And lol, I actually looked up some pics of sleeping tigers to give me some references OTL

The fact that she dies also makes it hard to dislike Isara, since then you just feel like a jerk. xD
I thought I was really going to dislike Rosie, but she was sweet after Isara died so I really liked her then. And I love hearing the characters during battle. Obviously, it depends on who you choose to play with, but there are a few that would say pretty witty things.

References always help.
