To be honest, I do not know well about the original meme, but the parodies versions look funny so I tried it, too.I did this to practice using drawing tablet from long break for a while ago.
Commander Kelly (OC) by me - had to fill that one remaining spot.
Central Officer Bradford, Dr. Raymond Shen, Dr. Vahlen, Shaojie Zhang, Annette Durand, and a random EXALT operative from XCOM: Enemy Unknown/Within by Firaxis Games.

Well this is bizzare but I love it! Looks like vahlen and zhang are the winning team (being all boss/gangsta with the shades) while shen and Bradford look ready to file for bankruptcy (It is Monopoly after all!)
