Description
New character for the Kelsko series. This one is a girl, very old, but still in a young physical appearance (no not a vampire XD).
You are welcome to draw her, the the main color is a very pale cyan blue the markings are all white and the horns/spikes are an even paler cyan blue than the main color, but not white. I can't say much about her yet because she is a very very special dragon just like her brothers and sisters ( I have already posted some of them and their not Kelsko or Aieli).

So far I have these names, if you want you can vote! If you suggest any they MUST mean ICE/COLD/FROZEN/ETC.(GIRL NAMES)!
