Crossover between My little Pony and the little mermaid 2.
For those who don't know, Terramar appear in episode surf and/or turf and he is hippogriff. Hippogriffs in MLP change into seaponies after Storm King ( villain from MLP movie) destroy their home. thanks to magical pearl, now that Storm King is defeated, hippogrifs safely return to their land, but some of them stay under wather. Terramar's mother decide to be seapony and his father decide to be a hippogriff again. Because of that Terramar had problem to choose where he wants to live, until his parents realise that he is torn beetwen two world and reasure them that he don't have to choose beetwen them at all and they love him.
Melody is daughter of Ariel and Eric, and half mermaid. Because of Morgana (Ursula's crazy sister as this movie puts it) her parents never told her about it. In day of her birthday she discovers true, but only part of it. Morgana trics her into beliving that King Triton is evil. She turn Melody into mermaid but ask her to stole trident for her. Later, Ariel reunites with her daughter and tells her everything.
Both stories even ends similary with big party thrown at the beach.
Not only that but Melody and Terramar both have magical necklaces.
