Another pic for 's big collab project. Again, I encourage people to check it out, it's fun~This time I managed to call my FAVORITE of the entire bunch, Noctowl~ <33 Man I love drawing these guys. Coloring this was a pain, but I think it turned out all right.
Now imagine this guy being about 8 feet tall.
Also. What is it about .png format that my pics always end up turning blurry and awful? :T
EVENTUALLY I'll draw something that isn't Pokemon......

Seriously. This owl is beautiful. I would pee myself from happiness if I saw an owl that big fly overhead.

And I think I probably would too. xD I looooove big birds~ Pretty sure most Noctowls are only supposed to be 4-5 feet tall according to the 'Dex, but I made the one that belongs to one of my OC trainers twice that size so she could fly on him everywhere. xD

Thank God real owls aren't that big, once two eagle owls were looking at my little dog like their next meal... I promised to shoot those birds down if they would even try to catch my little Tony. XD But just imagine if they would be that big, they would be catching little children or even me. :'''D But this looks great, very beautiful. You're good at drawing owls, seriously! 8D

Ffff eagle owls are awesome. Please please please don't shoot one! D: Just bring your dog inside. I would actually love it if there were owls this big flying around. Even if they wanted to try to catch me. xDD

ahem. gorgeous picture! i like the subtle feathering going on around the neck, and the simple shading. and the wings are looking very nice. very accurate to a real owl's?

Haha, thanks a bunch! That shading took a lot longer than I expected it to, so I'm glad it paid off. xD And yeah, I referenced a bunch of photos to try to get everything right. SO MANY OWL PHOTOS.
