Ah let's see if I can recall all of these familiar characters.
We have Vonel the Inspector, Dimitri the boss, Sergiu and his love Elisa, the border guard Calensk, Jorji the wacky Obristan, the mysterious EZIC messenger, and finally the adoptable niece, yes?

No, the final one is the girl who was murdered by the serial killer in the paper. Her father bribes you to let the killer into the country and confiscate his passport, and then buys the passport off you so he can track down the serial killer and end his life. The morning after you complete the quest, the newspaper reports that the serial killer was found dead in a confusing mess.
The entire time you're trying to complete this side-quest, the daughter's photo is taking up some corner of your workspace, constantly reminding you of what you promised the father.

Ah yes, nearly forgot about that one. Regardless this is quite a fun and interesting game, despite seeming like a simple premise.
Though I usually can't help but try and be a good person through all of it.
