use hard brush then use smudge at 30% with a custom skin blending brush (can be downloaded somewhere in deviantart). After that use soft brush for the soft lighting and shadows

Much appreciated I love to know how various artists achieve their results. It's always inspiring to see and hea how different artists work and then learning from them is even better
