Description
Since I aim to please, here's my take on Batman's deadliest foe, the Joker.This is a bit of a departure for me though. I'm used to doing stuff a little more upbeat.
....well, I suppose this is kind of upbeat.

Beforehand he did The Trickster on the old The Flash live-action show, and had a similar laugh. I always wondered why that pair never teamed up. just imagine the antics, the comedy, the obscure ways of mass slaughter.
