I hate Medication too (on an allergy pill that may cause fricken body aches and stomach trouble--I'd rather have the runny nose!). If only we could just sleep it off and it goes away within 48 hours :/...or Aroma Therapy. That would be nice.

Diarrhea with antibiotics usually only comes on after prolonged use. It's because the antibiotics tend to be a little gun-happy in killing every bacteria in your body, including your gut. It's actually quite mild diarrhea.
And sorry to be a killjoy, but if you have genuine problems with the pills, bring it up with your doctor if you're concerned with them. Complaining in a webcomic is funny and everything, but if you really are that concerned, seriously talk to your doctor. I'm sure they'd be happy to explain :3.

First, I thank you for the thoughtful comment. Believe me, I've done this before I took a single pill. This comic was just based on a funny exchange Sarah and I had as we left the pharmacy. But yeah, the core of your reply is very solid advice.
However, I feel I should tell you...all you had to say in that second bit was "If you're concerned, you should talk to your doctor". The "killjoy", "genuine problems", and "complaining in webcomics" stuff came off as condescending and I got a little offended despite myself. I'm almost positive that was not your intent and it's very difficult to discern tone in an online forum, so I thought it was important I let you know. Thanks again, otherwise.

I'd like to also add that the number of people in the thread who say they don't take their meds worries me as a future medical professional :/. I think for the rest of you, more than just reading the side effects labels would do you good. Honestly.
