I apologize for i forgot that everything you say online can be triggering to many people it is just that these are not to be taken seriously and i never do.I wish you the best of luck at stopping people from continuing these chains for i will continue to do these chains but if you wish me to stop just this one chain then i will oblige just for you.

I guess I understand sending something because it's funny, but the thing is, there's always someone stupid enough to take it seriously. That's why chains are such a problem -- because, to be blunt, people today are rather idiotic about what they believe and what they don't. And Clarissa isn't funny. It's creepy as all heck and, on top of that, is filled to the brim with BS. (Excuse me for being a bit profane, but that's the only term strong enough to describe what Clarissa really is.)
And the fact is, no chain comment is worse or better than another. I said in my letter that they take up space, make it harder for other people to read intelligent comments, and generally ruin the DeviantART experience.
So you need to stop posting any and all chain comments that you're currently doing. NONE of them is acceptable, and the sooner everyone gets that through their heads, the better. Yourself included.

She is wrong of course. Murdering a third of the population would sure reduce the problem, for some time, but everything the same population would grow again fast.
Some sort of Gladiator system could work. People who want have children (or more than one) having to kill other people who want the same in arena for the right to procreate beyond the environmentally (and trafficablelly) sustainable. That could be a durable solution. Β Β Β Β

No, it wouldn't. Everybody would have to learn how to DRIVE a hover car.Β
But if you could rig a hover or normal car to explode when you break the law or cut somebody off, then I could see traffic being a little less congested.
