Photoshop and Painter as usual. A bit of overpainted photobashing for the background. I looked at some flemish painters for inspirations, especially Holbein for the face and lighting. He's a knight with an enchanted weapon. If anyone wants to suggest a backstory, please do!Related content

I suppose someone opened an old vault and found him there. Good choice of Holbein, he's about definitive for the era. Good light and color.
