Description
A creature design for UnityUniverse and Creature-Exchange .What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
Very well-written, nothing more to add.
Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
First things first, it's a girl. A rather flat, very masculine, but it's a girl. Since the promt said there is no preference for a gender, I thought there's too little female characters around, and when they are around, they are same-faced and/or same-shaped. So there, a masculine girl (who should have had six breasts, but that was a little too much for the first time).
UnityUniverse wanted it to be an elegant (if humanoid) or cute (if anthro/feral) character. I'm not sure, if I made anthro or humanoid there (it's fluffy, all-right, but has a human body?), but nevertheless, wanted to stick with both elegant and cute there. First thing that came to my mind - a big white fluffy natural collar on the creature that is combined with a dark fluffy collar of a coat. Then, they wanted it to be based on a feline or a canine, and I thought for a while there, choosing, when decided to stick with striped hyena - a feline taken for a canine way too often. It's not all hyena, though. The pattern of the stripes are taken only from their hips, and the colours lack the usual grey and black, since I saw a desire for it to be more in pastels.
As for the clothes, I think I was in more "fifteen century commoner" mood when I started, desiring to give her just a very long, simple dress, when I remembered to stick with a winter idea. So the coat and boots were added, where I did want to make some more fanciness, but not too much, sticking with simple shapes and more details with accessories or embroidery (it doesn't look too obvious on my work computer, so I'm not sure if it's noticeable, but the coat has green floral embroidery).

This is so good! I love the colour pallet so much and the hyena base is such a clever idea <3
Thank you so much! You clearly put lots of thought into it <3

A beautiful design with just enough cuddle factor! I would love to bourogh my hands in the ruff!^^ And I really like the non-typical body build! That's really not found often enough!

A not typical body build is something that needs to be promoted more often. Probably that's why in the comics I'm sketching that main character is a chubby lady (although, I feel not qualified enough to write a female-centered story).
I did enjoy making a hyena cure and cuddly :>

That is a good premiss for a comic! I'd like to see that. I'm not sure I'm qualified to write anything. So I'm impressed with anybody who writes and doesn't loose the thread!^^
This month I tried to make my entry a little more curvy than my "usual" bodytype. I'm experimenting.
Yes - the cuddly hyena is not even close to the typical interpretation.^^ That isn't to say that their image is worse than reality.^^"

Well, I am very concerned about many -isms there in a world, so, after I finish the current comic, I am planning to make a comic about queer people with a female lead it's just I don't think I write women good. My brain works in a different way then ladie's (just a science fact), so I'm concerned I wouldn't be able to make a female lead convinceing enough. But then, I have my girlfriend and her lady friends to read the script out, I guess. Still, I'd love to understand how to write ladies myself: I don't see much difference in communication IRL, but when I read ladies I've wrote, they feel like men
it bothers me.
Yes, I saw the rabbit. She was lovely :> although I feel certain disgust towards rabbits and bunnies, and always had, these few months I enjoy rabbit characters a big deal. Anthro rabbits, specifically. There's just some mix of creepyness and cuteness there, very errie. I can enjoy that.

I don't write more than a few character backgrounds.^^" So I'm by no means an expert but I think it's a good technique to let your ladies read it over.^^ And I think the differences are very subtle but in writing they are more noticeable because the brain has more time to process.
Thank you! That is a nice compliment!
