Great animation, especially for flash. However your demoreel is far too long. Its great how you edited it to switch between the various projects you worked on, but if its just a hand full, and you switch between them repededly then it becomes boring as the viewer recognizes the other scenes of a piece. I'd say cut it down to some of the absolute best, with the ones you're most proud of at the beginning. You could easily chop this down to a minute to a minute and a half.
