What kind of oil paint are you using? I was wondering if it was transparent like photo oils or as expensive as fine art oils.

They are all fine art oils. The grades vary. Many of the blacks are basic grades, but the colors range from the cheap to the relatively pricey. Since 95% of the time I'm using them in a pretty unorthodox fashion, the grades usually don't matter as much. But in some instances, the higher grades make all of the difference...

Thanks! Basically it's a test print. In the darkroom I place a small strip of photo paper on the critical exposure areas and make adjustments before I do the full prints. This was made from one of the tests.
