In the past i used to wonder how in the heck did they paint so many leaves in a tree so fast... I still don't know, to be honest, but i found my own way of doing it.Let me know if you want me to do another This is how i paint: series and the topic.

That is a basic fundamental stuff, there are many other tutorials out there on how light behaves, if you master those basics, it's pretty easy. Here are some i use earlier in my study days: www.ctrlpaint.com/library/ I highly recommend you watch all of them and practice as you go.

Remind me the very past of my art study memories. I always have trouble 'tapping' trees with tablet or vector software, and I ended up avoided to draw them if possible.
(Tapping means to draw a very short stroke with tablet pen or mouse, to make these strokes look like tree leaves. Example: Β . Extremely inefficient and not visually great.)

Custom made brush is the key, at least for me.
