For me it's mostly been getting the light spots where they should be.

It's the light "bubbles" I have trouble with. Contrasting the highlights and shading's pretty easy with Flash or Photoshop, but the lighting effect >.> done it fairly well in one picture... I should upload my old Flash pictures, why I never thought of it until now I don't know.
