And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. (Revelation 20:2)All images by me. I looked at over 100 pictures of dragons trying to figure out how to draw one. This was my first attempt, and it was hard!

Well, in many cultures dragons have historically been associated with evil, and often are described as serpents - indeed, the Greek word Draco could refer to either a dragon or a snake.
...Whether or not snakes have to do with the devil is open for debate, of course.

its not a debate though....why on earth would anyone attack a kind of animal seen living in our own natural world? snakes aren't evil...they are animals like any other...and dragons aren't always shown as evil on story books or cartoons and movies either....

I don't think what's seen in the picture is any kind of animal in our world though.

They do live in this world in the astral realm and other worlds and aren't intelligent like animals but like people with their own language...my friend who was a dragon in their past life is now living in this world as a human.

Great job on the dragon. The composition is amazing as well, very impactful! The little man holding up the book really makes the whole piece. It's such an excellent focal point. He ironically makes the dragon look "small"! The whole picture really has that "end of the world" and "last stand" kind of feel to it by being set over a city. Really great job.
