Her name, is Rosea. She was also seduced into this sadistically bizzare game by the surgeon. He told all the girls playing that a big part of the game was beauty—quite vague to be honest—but they didn't question it. They did as he suggested: Make themselves look gorgeous before starting the game as that gorgeousness will be renewed each time they get a phase change. That means any dirt, mud, water, sand, or anything else that weakens their purpose as a model will be automagically removed at random intervals... Unless, of course, our surgeon feels like a girl is perfect in their current phase and decides to keep them there for a while...
