You go to "notes" and then "+ create a new note", then you write the message, the subject and who are you sending the note to...
and don´t worry I didn´t know how to do it until someone explained me too

As in other people I love Seamus with Susan Bones or Lavender [If they calm that Won-Won girl down or else Seamus would be scared ], Katie/Oliver, Marietta should date Crabbe or Goyle since she is so evil
