I'm really getting into the grey tones with a couple of colours added in on set objects (like the sky and flowers on this one). So totally blame =Wennichelle for that - she inspires meeee <3 Clamp also inspired me with some of those jungle plants.
At First, I toned the colours down somewhat with photoshop, but when I showed it to Philippa while she was around this evening, she said that it needed to be bright like the original was - since that's how the original J+D game is - so I took her advice and changed it back. X3 It looks really good on my moniter, but I think those on oldr moniters may not see the colours nice enough.
Yeah, Their clothes are starting to evolve into the ones they wear in the first game.

I just got through reading everything you've posted thus far and THIS COMIC ROCKS!!! No horrible slash ((that I've seen >>.......<<.....>> )), everybody's in character and it's just too cute to not read!! I'm printing everything out now too!!

Very nice job on the coloring - however, all the background coloring makes Daxter looks unfinished for some reason...but the AMAZING lineart for him shows even more!

oh mee, that trick looks mighty good on yee! @_@ lookit the pretty yellow flowers! ;o; the kinda thing meshes with your style better than it does mine, cuz your linework is so clean and anti smudgy. it just looks that much more vivid. and vivid is le bomb! X3
something very awesome strikes me with the way you've drawn all dem palm tress. i dunnat know why. X3 they look so awesome as a bg though. they push everything forward. <3 yeek! i love the outfits, too. gotta love tpl goodness... everytime i see tpl daxter from yee, i feel like doodling him. y_y he's so fecking adorable and obnoxiously sweet.

XD Daxter's so funny when he's being so proud.. And Jak just has to tag along. Your choise of adding a few colours on most of the page save for the main character(s) is really interesting, and it works.

It's lovely, and the small amount of colour does look very nice, but I think perhaps the yellow flowers steal a lot of the attention in this one?
