It looks like there r sparkles even tho there r none! O...M...G! :-P. I really like her hair and how it seems to flow from curls to zig zags. I also really like the colors. Really well done.

I just have to point out the obvious and say that the detail you have put into her tail is awesome (although judging by how many scales are on there, it must have been frustrating ). I like the bubbles as well. It kind of looks like they are forming some sort of necklace around her neck, doesn't it? *3*
