Kwee. was kind enough to let me colour one of her Jak and Daxter pics. So fer the love of everything that's good and holy - GO see her artwork! It's tasty Jak-art goodness and you will kick yourself if you miss it. Go comment and fave her stuff, like, now!!Also - her original inks for the picture can be found here: [link] The ones on this pic had to (grrrr) be re-inked by myself. My cruddy old printer that I really only use for document printing didn't print it out very well, and I was pretty much doing a 'dot-to-dot' ink with this.
In any case, she did all the hard work. I just played 'little kid' and scrawled pretty colours all over it. X3 But doesn't the Jak and Daxter-ness make you sqeak with joy?
And thank yee for letting me take a break from the drawing for once, love!

Sadly, I can't colour your works. I'm really busy and sometimes lack the time to colour/finish my own stuff, so I can't really do anyone elses. I wanted to do Neofox's as one of those moments where I just felt like doing her work, so that's why it ended up that way.

Really good! You did an awsome jod! But if I could make one little suggestion, seeing that Jak has been torcherd for 2 whole years, I'm not sure if you should of gone with the whole shinny thing with Jak. Cause well he has been filled with dark ego, and nerly died, his hair and his clothes would be all dirty. When you make him shinny he doesn't look like he has been torcherd at all.
It's all right with Daxter, but with Jak just a little to shinny. Try to keep that in mind. Kay! But you did a really good job with chooseing the colors! It's really good!

The foooolllldddsss! I love the rich reds on Daxter's shirt where Jak's holdin' 'im. ;_; And how you shaded the areas of his spine, too...just...rrg. Wow. The rugged highlights on Jak's hair better suit the situation, and Daxter's hair is so fekkin'...firey! xD Argh!

Now about UR colorin job Kai. I LOFF they way ya ade the shiney parts of Jak's hair fall onto his back a little. And the way you colored Jak's back, it almost loox az if i can feel it!! But mah favourite thing u did here waz Daxter'z hair!! The way it's shaped, and how you colored it, with hiz series expression added into the mix, it kinda reminds me like it's staticy. Ya know, "H! Ah. Didn't read the message underneith. Guess I'll have to go check their work out. By the way, you said you used white gell pen to do then light streaks through their hair? I have a set of Prisma colors but sadly, I can't use them as well as you do. I keep looking at your tutorial for help but I always mess up one way or another. xD
