Description
Looking a little closer in my Mom's garden. Spiders like to lurk in flowers...Having fun with the macro lense lent me. Full view, it's very interesting...

I think this shot is amazing... and I think the colors work perfectly together. However... I don't think it's a spider... It looks like a tick...or some kind of mite.

Hmm. I don't see eight legs, it might be a mite, lol.

Hah. I wish I could afford my own. I think Jack dropped about $500 on this one.

jesus. yeah, if I wanted to spend as much as I spent on my camera on a lense... *sigh* why aren't these things free? It's for art, people! ART! ......and getting realllllly close to nipples.

You can! Just walk around and look close... Bugs *love* to hang out in flowers.

I have no scintillating commentary to contribute other than I do like the composition, and I do find the color schema appealling.

Neat shot, but I personally don't really care for how the color of the spider and flower work together. I do like how the spider's legs look very similar to the flower's petals, making the spider almost look like part of the flower at some points.

I really love the detail on the spider but the flower seems like it could be in a little bit crisper focus

It's a very narrow depth of field.. The point was for only the spider to be clear.

I love this. I'm such a macro whore. Now that the weather is warmer and the man isn't spying on me anymore I think I'll be back in buisness. I think I may also invest in a "ring flash". The c-8080 low light assist is great. But it can only do so much. And the best bugs come out at night.
