The whole concept was actually thought up when the director of the film was discussing with his friend about how to punish child molesters. His friend suggested that a child molester should be sewn mouth to anus to a really fat truck driver's ass. And that's how the Human Centipede was made real. Kudos to the extremely talented German actor Dieter Laser (Dr. Heiter) - he pulled off his role as the demented surgeon excellently.

Well if a child molester got his face sewn to a fat truck drivers ass. He will never go hungry and will probably be fat too, after eating all that digested fast food and truck stop diner food of course.

Somehow I doubt it - fecal matter (aka Da Poo Poo: www.youtube.com/watch?v=euXQbZ… ) has already been filtered out from the useful vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates by the organism; therefore, it has an extremely small nutrition value. The only exception would be if the main individual had bits of food that have not been digested still stuck in the feces; like small seeds (from burgers, for example), apple peels, bits of vegetables and so on, and even then, it would not make this child molester fat - most likely, this child molester would die of internal infections, which works good as well, if we're discussing a way to properly punish child molesters. :3

Want a crazy movie, it is not a horror movie but it is called The Wall, Pink Floyd made it. It is a giant music video for the band but it is crazy

Currently my personal epitome of crazy is another example of the Russian cinema - The Green Elephant Calf: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_El… It is available on YouTube with English subs, but it requires an 18+ confirming profile to watch it. Trust me, after watching The Green Elephant Calf, The Human Centipede will seem like a family-orientated comedy.
