Its not coming Fall 2008, infact its actually coming never.I wanted to see if I could trick people into thinking a Ristar sequel was coming for DS but I realised how bloody hard it was to fake realistic looking screenshots so I just gave up...

That's Not Actually True.
Sonic Team has made Games for Sega that don't Involve our little hedgehog friend.
Infact some of Sonic Teams most notible Non-Sonic games were
Vector Man
Ristar
NiGHTs into Dreams
Knuckles Chaotix
Samba de Amigo
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg
Phantasy Star series
and
Chu Chu Rocket
So what was that about Sonic Teams only making Sonic Games?

I agree. I would've loved another Vectorman game. There was actually another one in development for the PS2, but it was cancelled for unknown reasons.Β

Yeah. I'd love to see someone either
A). Find that PS2 build and re-purpose it for newer consoles
B). Buy the rights to Vectorman so they can make a new game
C). Revive Blue Sky Studios.

Like Vector man could be like a futuristic 3rd Person shooter
Or Ristar can be like Sonic Unleashed mixed with Mario Galaxy
And There is a Rumor that there will be a 3rd NiGHTS game on Wii U

And they could go the ninja gaiden reboot route with shinobi
