I've never watched the show, it looked like it would be boring so I never bothered, but I see art for it EVERYWHERE! Maybe I should give it a chance...

I can't claim to be a huge Death Note fan, I do like the series but I drew this for the real Death Note fans... who don't mind my odd take on it.

If anybody that calls themself a "Death Note Fan" can't handle odd takes on it, then they're not real fans of it- that much I CAN tell about it.
I'm still just amazed that you can take any show or comic and draw it in your style and make it look good that way! That is a talented knack you have! I've seen so many artists (myself included) that try to draw things in their own styles and the pictures just end up looking like they don't fit somehow... You're just THAT good (which is probably why that teeth-eyed guy in your dream wanted you to draw him so bad!

This is really diffrent from what I usually see for Death Note fanart. You gave all the charaters here a realistic look that fits the feeling of the picture. And the way you drew Ryuk fits him very well. :)

Awesome job on the stylization! It almost looks like an American comic book-version of Death Note, which is pretty cool. ^^
