From my game project.Most towns will only have one shopbot though, the first area is probably the only exception.

Oh, not really, there's no deadline for that.
If I do somehow get more NPCs than needed, I'll just save them up for next areas in future versions of the game ( first demo will only contain the prologue )
Regarding requirements, sending an image for reference and Name + Personality is about all I need, no need to make any fancy art, even a stick figure with clothes will do as long as it does the job when it comes to portraying what the character looks like.
