You know, seeing infant Littlefoot makes me tear up a little.
Whenever I watch the first movie's beginning, I just literally burst into tears. No jokes. And I do that because I absolutely LOVED Littlefoot's mother, and I know she's going to...

And seeing Littlefoot snuggling on his mom's back with his sweet little face just makes me think, "You enjoy that sweetie, it's not going to be there very long..." and then i just cry

Yeah, none of the sequels can live up to the first one, for sure. I might find some of the sequels more interesting if the dinos ever grew up, even just a little bit. It's kind of like the pokemon show, Ash Ketchum never changes and never really learns....it gets old after a while.

For a while Netflix had a bunch of the later on LBT movies. That's half the reason I've even seen so many of them, since I stopped buying the movies back at, like, number 4 or something. Sadly, I've never seen those earlier few on Netflix, which are certainly more worthy of being films than the later ones.

Worst thing about Netflix isn't just that they won't always upload a full series of movies or of a show, but also that they take stuff down again after a while. =/

Yeah, which makes no sense to me. Why swap out popular stuff? I'm sure it has something to do with whatever contracts they have to sign when they buy the rights to show the movies and shows on their site, though. So it might not be their fault, since movie/show makers want people to have to buy their stuff on DVD, which we wouldn't do if it was permanently on Netflix.

Like I have gotten most of my LBT movies at charity shops, but they're VHS. I still use VHS sometimes but a lot of people have completely upgraded to DVD or BluRay or even upgraded to Netflix. So I imagine it must be hard for those people.

We don't have VHS anymore. We gave up our VCR when it kept eating tapes, and then could never get another one, so into the Goodwill bin the VHS went.
