I haven't been able to put together a new costume lately due to lack of funds so I decided to try to re-purpose some of the items from my other costumes. I took the Minnie Mouse dress and combined it with the Poison Ivy wig and made something slightly resembling Lucy Ricardo. Β So now you know what you get if you crossed Poison Ivy with Minnie Mouse.ΒRelated content

There are only 2 major conventions that take place where I live, one is for anime and the other for comic books, which are corner stones of nerd culture. One could argue that this costume doesn't fit in to nerd culture at all. On the other hand I have worn Minnie Mouse to a con but I feel that although Disney isn't a pillar of nerdom there is an appreciation for Disney by the nerd community, Β something I can't say for Lucy Ricardo. So for the time this costume is just for the appreciation of the DA community.

Well appreciation among trekkies maybe but I wouldn't even wear that costume to a Star Trek convention (trust me all I would get are questions about who I'm suppose to be and looks of confusion).
