This is awesome, I love the shading, it gives that metal look-ish.
His right arm looks a bit weird, but it has been said before, so there's no point at all in repeating it :] I like your characters a lot, their designs are so interesting and cute at the same time.

I'm not too good with portfolios, but I can tell you that it's a great concept. It's a robot so I can't say much about structure (unless you wanted to make it anatomically correct or something in which case I'd comment that the right arm looks awkward). It looks like some kind of cyborg to me (since there are very human-like structures like his(or her) abs), which is cool.

its ok. i like it, but what kind of portfolio are ya gonna use it for? if this is for character creation or concept related, you should draw more views of this figure and a few expressions/gestures, so a character modeler can understand your concept better.

I just have one crit, the right arm (it's right) looks a little wonky...like it shouldn't bend there, but later on down the arm.
This is crazy though. Lovely shading, and I really like how you are able to draw robo stuff.
