Roscoe: Rough and tough, not one for cuddles or really touchy moments he's more then likely to break your arm then let you touch him. That and his saliva and blood aren't something you want on your person any way.

Yup~ in his (and Leroy's) world the government had issued silent experimentation to be done on the shape shifters of their world. All Shape Shifters in their home world start as as being able to shift into normal kinds of animals, but they all have a form they favour at a young age. Roscoe and Leroy were taken in at a young age and through the experiments their animal forms gained unnatural colours and abilities. Leroy escaped, Roscoe did not and is still on the leash of the government.
