This wolf like creature is from the games Rune Factory 1, 2 and (so to come out) 3. As well as Rune Factory Frontier.I drew the original sketch for this over two years ago when the first game came out. This wolfy monster has long evolved into my all time favourite Rune monster. They are freakishly powerful and just so darn cute.
So what I did was I scanned the original sketch, enlarged it on the computer, inked it, waited for the ink to properly dry, and then I painted it using a friends water colours. I'm hoping to get my own water colours this August as I will be going to Britain and they sell they best kind of water colour over there. At least it's the kind that I'm looking for.
This took my a total of some where between 3 and 4 hours. I say that because I had to wait to get help with the clouds in the sky. So I'm not sure exactly how long this took.

Silver wolves are cool, but they seem very... Digimon-ish to me. Kind of like Garurumon.
There some other cool monsters, too. My top pick are the Panthers. I've always thought their stature seemed... Kangaroo like to me. They always looked awesome.
However... Not all monsters are that cool. The dragons look more like Kermit the Frog to me than dragons.

I LOVE Garurumon. He's my favourite Digimon.
And I like most of the monsters on the game. Though I'm not often on so I haven't made it yet to where the dragons are.

Never go into a dungeon with out your Silver Wolf watching your back, especially in the later games.

Yeah, they did keep it going for a while. But the last Digimon anime stopped production about 4 years ago. T_T (At least as far as I know)
