'Bout freaking TIME he got himself an official art pic. Now, Anidoug was made into a villain, NOT because he was a spammer like many of the other villains and what not, but was very...well, unresponsible. He was the moderator for both the TvTome Pokemon forum, and Doug (Nickelodeon and Disney) forum, the latter of which was (obviously) his favorite show. Due to that, he didn't really pay all that much attention to what we did while we were over there. In fact, UC and GC ended up getting in trouble about as many times as people like Raccoon and Sojojo, etc., did, which is...kinda ridiculous, but I guess I see where the guy was coming from. He's on some Doug Yahoo! fangroup apparantly, but I couldn't get in contact with him to show him his character. Oh well. So yeah, he was planned to be the Season 3 baddie from the very beginning, and I tried to supply as many hints as I could so that it would actually make SENSE. His powers are based on darkness and shadows due to the first part of his name, which gave me an interesting idea. In the .hack// video games, the "Ani" spells (Ani Zot, Ani Don, etc.) were those based around darkness, so I made him similiar in ability to Gamecrazed, but a little more advanced on the shadow side as opposed to the 'dark energy' that GC's so fond of. I have Mike Renner to thank for his sprite sheet, and TamTu Bui for his voice. He actually went through a lot of nominees as far as his voice goes, but I felt like TamTu had what it takes after hearing his performances in some other flash movies. As for this picture, I LOVED how the shading came out, but his pose is completely ridiculous, and the shadow could've been better. Oh well. With this recent pattern as you've probably figured out, I'll be trying to do two official art pieces per-episode if I can.
