Sort of. When you buy Wii or DS games made by Nintendo, there's a code inside them. You enter that code and you get points. You get 60 for Wii games and 40 for DS...you get the bulk initially, then take a survey about your opinion a few weeks later. You can then use the points to get stuff from the Club Nintendo store. It also came with a patch of Kirby walking, but they did the eyes wrong, so it looks kinda creepy.
