Why not? This is the land of opportunity, this is the land of freedom and liberty. You should be happy you have opportunities unlike other countries. This picture shows nothing but pure ignorance, what if there was elderly or pregnant women?
It's true that this picture is pretty funny, but the stereotypes aren't. You should stand up to the people who label you, because to me, it's the most offensive thing an ignorant person would do.

Why is this looked at with disgust? In America, accessibility is granted to everyone. I myself suffer a dissability in which climbing stairs, among other actions, can be quite difficult. Very few other nations deal with accessibilty issues like the United States. Do you think escalators really make Americans stupid, lazy and fat? I think it's time now that instead of bashing this great nation, realize what a great place it really is, despite what faults it may have. The only people that should be blamed for being stupid, fat and lazy are people that are stupid, fat and lazy!!
