Use your head, bro. My grandma can't go up the stairs in her house without a chair that slides up the wall. It's for handicapped people that don't have an easy time going up six steps of stairs. God, it seems like the stupidity grew on you. -.-"

Probably wouldn't be as funny if it were in any other country. But since it's America, of course it's funny. It's not like it's a giraffe ride up the stairs.

Some handicapped people can't go up ramps either. (Maybe)

"giraffe ride" LOL I know what you mean. I had to be in a wheel chair for a day and I discovered that those handicap doors/ramps/ect. aren't really handicap "friendly" at ALL! I kept getting stuck and it would take three more people to help me get the wheels over the bottom of the door frame. However I have heard of people in wheelchairs who can tip back and just hop up a flight of stairs. I don't think I can ever be that amazing.
