Actually it's a fanchild of mine named SJ, and he is Scourge and Rosy the Rascal's son. (Unfortunately for him, he looks more like his father that often leads to violence inflicted upon him simply because of his heritage.) Anyways, the scene depicted here involves him at sixteen years old meeting his birth mother for the first time. Sadly, SJ was kidnapped shortly after he was born, so he never got to see his real family and Rosy thought her son had died. So it's the emotional bond between a mother and son reunited. To be honest, I've always compared Rosy the Rascal in my head to being Harley Queen, a psycho-crazy woman, but when it actually comes to her family or children, she'd stop at nothing to protect them.
