Pics like this remind me of why Blaze is absolutely my favorite character in the entire Sonic franchise. Even after playing Sonic Rush and even some extent Sonic '06, you can just feel that there is so much more to her that what the games and other official mediums provide. She's always so focused on what she needs to do in order to succeed and isn't afraid to die in order to protect her world and those she cares about. Despite initially being a lone wolf, she allowed others in and she truly cares for her friends deeply, which is so difficult to do for someone like her.

Physically, she's absolutely beautiful. Her hairstyle and outfit reflects her elegance as a princess, a princess who knows how to get shit done, I might add lol, and it's also a perfect reflection her as a fighter and a pyrokinetic. From a design aspect, I think she's one of the most well put together in the entire franchise.

You did a powerful job in reflecting everything that makes her character special and stand out from the rest. Her smile, despite her tears, reflects her inability to give up even in dire circumstances and her willingness to press on no matter what she may face. You did such an amazing job on this drawing that I just had to share my true thoughts on it. The shadows are very deeply and the shading, as always, looks absolutely breath-taking, sensei It's such beautiful piece and I can't wait to see more from you! Love you, sis!

Very lovely work on this! I wish I could see the older picture, but I can understand that there comes a time where you just want to fix the old--out with the old and in with the new, as they say.

The way you do eyes still fascinates me. You do them so wonderfully well and give them such life, I feel. I love the fact the fire is burning her clothing off--it is so awesome to see the fire on parts of her clothing as it tears away from her. Brilliant use of lighting and lovely pose chose. Excellent work~
