I have been working on him for a while and I am super happy how he came out! He was very hard to part with.Flamedramon is from Digimon and he is about 2 feet tall (24''inches tall). Made with minky, and vinyl for the straps. Two layers of craft foam in his helmet and horn. It was hard to sew 6 layers of craft foam together on the machine.
All face details like markings, eyes, mouth, teeth, nostrils and also the flames are embroidered with embroidery thread. The claws are in hoop embroidery. Total of about 20 hoops with everything else.

So Kitamon I was looking at this plush and an idea popped into my head, they sell belts for cowboy hats that are miniaturized. You could probably get a bunch of black ones and use them for the arms and legs. They would be the perfect size and fit! xD

So I found a good priced brand called "on-a-cord" that they sell at hobby lobby. They just called it a bracelet with buckle.

Well I don't live in Canada, but where I live stetson hats makes them. They are called hat bands (specifically belt type) and Craft/Hobby stores might have them. The problem is I can go straight to a hat manufacture and buy clearance hat bands that they messed up or don't need. You might be able to find a wholesale dealer online who is willing to sell you bulk for cheap in comparison or if you have a hat maker near you that makes them you could probably find clearance. It's so nice that someone is making Digimon plushies, since Pokemon and MLP seems to get the most of the cake. (Even though I like Pokemon more and MLP plushies are amazingly cute.)
You've made an awesome job with such a detailed model. I can't even make pattern for a Fresh Digimon, let alone an Armor
