i know i keep making new ocs but ive been wanting to a lot lately loolthis particular one is inspired by JleetDA Β cause in his new oc it has the !? in it and he wanted to know what colors to put in it so i was like xdddd put rainbow colors on it so i colored it like this and then i was like 'yknow what im gonna try to make it like an actual oc' so i did
the complex design and bright colors is intentional, i havent ever really made a super complex character like this

She also likes to wear neutral colored clothes to show that not even they can stop her sporkle >w<

if i where to try and give actual criticism, i would say the design is way too complicated, and probably a pain in the ass to draw... but do what you want, i guess.
