i know i keep making new ocs but ive been wanting to a lot lately lool

this particular one is inspired by JleetDA cause in his new oc it has the !? in it and he wanted to know what colors to put in it so i was like xdddd put rainbow colors on it so i colored it like this and then i was like 'yknow what im gonna try to make it like an actual oc' so i did

the complex design and bright colors is intentional, i havent ever really made a super complex character like this

any way interrobang is a sparklefox who loves to RAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! X333333333333333333 XD :3 OWO UWU
and shes VEWY enthusiastic and uses ?!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!? as much as possible when she has a question or is suprised by something
She also likes to wear neutral colored clothes to show that not even they can stop her sporkle >w<
