Finished Piece => [link]Since I got some votes in my previous poll about whether they want to know how I make my work, I made a tutorial about it.
Sorry, the page is longggggg. And the file is huge. It's my way of coloring in anime cell style. And you can see how I do the hair for those who are interested in
It may not be detailed like other tutorials but I did my best.

I have Corel Painter 4 too, but unfortunately, it doesn't work properly on a Mac OS X Lion.... T_T none of the brushes show up. None of them. So I do all the painting and everything on Photoshop Elements 9.
Still, this helped out a lot
