There are donation drives being officially run by the various lawmon bases in the cities and towns. Are you giving to them yourself, helping hand things out, or maybe even stealing for your own needs?"

A little context: Kiwan handed over his pendant during the current Heist prompt to take care of it. With his Disciple Mark, he may be easily exposed as Lawmon.
Rainey made this pendant for him after the Warehouse Heist. It means a lot to him and he doesn't want it to get lost or broken.
She actually trusts him (and Cress), but she's also a little worried. Kiwan's easy-going nature might put his foot in his mouth.
